TRAVELLERS ROLLER HOCKEY

LEAGUE UPDATE

(Monday, June 12)

Please note a tentative season long schedule has now been posted on the website. The word ‘tentative’ is used as the divisional alignment could possibly change, with two divisions of four teams being created (beginning July 6th). For the immediate future, all teams will be grouped into one division.

Note: The Canadians roster is subject to change within the next week. The team will need to be strengthened in order to be competitive with the other seven teams. This process could involve refunding registration fees for selected players.

The League is urging all players to register online. Every player participating in the league must follow this process prior to playing any future games. Beginning Monday, June 19th, any unregistered player will NOT be allowed on the Civic Centre Sport Court.

PARKING: All players should park in Lot 2, which is located behind the West End zone at Lansdowne Park and enter through the Bank Street entrance.

No player will be allowed on the Sport Court until 6:15pm at the earliest for all affected nights.

A full time goaltender is still needed for the Canadians. Anyone wishing to offer his or her services is asked to contact the League. Please note it is NOT mandatory to play goal with roller hockey wheels.

Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact the League Convener (Brian Kukulka) at 234-1349.
